A lot of us suffer from excessive sweating, but we’ve learned to live with it. We have accepted it as our genetic makeup and we just sweat more than most people. There maybe a genetic component to all this, but that doesn’t mean it cannot be controlled.
Here are some foods that make you sweat:
Spicy Food - This is pretty obvious. Spicy foods are hot on our senses. They make us sweat just by eating them. Spicy foods are delicious, but they could be causing you to experience excessive amounts of sweating.
Coffee - I know most people don’t like to have anyone bad mouth their coffee, but it has an effect. The fact that it is a liquid and high in caffeine will cause your body to sweat because of it. Try cutting out coffee and see what happens.
Alcohol - If you haven’t been already aware, alcohol dehydrates your body and this means your body is going to get rid of all the liquid it can. If it come out in urine or sweat.
Hot liquids - This would also fit in with coffee, but this includes other things such as hot chocolate and soups. These heat up your body and your body cools down through sweat, so be aware if you’re eating hot liquids.
These are the various different foods out there that can have a profound effect on the amount of sweat you produce. There are a lot of other foods out there that will have an effect.
